Product Description

PVC pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of plastic PVC pipe with various tube diameters and wall thicknesses in the aspects such as agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying, etc. PVC pipe extrusion lines can produce pipes in PVC materials, with diameters starting from 16mm up to 630 mm. 
This set is composed of a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter, stacker, etc. 
The extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frequency control device. 
The vacuum pump and the main motor adopt the famous brand. 
The haul-off has many different kinds of models, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, five-claw, and six-claw. 
About the cutter, you can choose the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type.
