"Spinner mat", also known as PVC spinner mat or Polymax mat, is a common floor mat product. It is composed of a PVC bottom pad and a spinneret. The general PVC bottom pad is usually a soft sheet or a foamed soft sheet, which is formed by calendering or extrusion.
The surface spinning process is to melt and plasticize the polyvinyl chloride material mixed with oil powder through an extruder. The spinneret head is evenly and continuously sprayed on the rubberized bottom pad, and is finally calendered and compounded into one body . The spinneret extruder can be a single-screw extruder or a twin-screw extruder. The single-screw extruder needs to be granulated first and then extruded for spinneret forming.
Spinneret mats have the advantages of flexibility, aging resistance, easy cleaning and convenient use. They are mainly used as foot mats in front of hotels, hotels and homes.
