We specializes in manufacturing EVA/POE Solar Panel encapsulate film production line. Single screw extruder, screw constant
temperature circulating water cooling system, which solves the technical difficulties of plasticization and non-crosslinking. The
rubber roller body adopts double-sided embossing to solve the problem of film sticking to the roller, and the cooling part adopts a
stable cooling roller to eliminate the stress cooling bed, so that the film can run smoothly and fully shape, and ensure that the
shrinkage rate is less than 3%. The whole line adopts PLC automatic control, and the production line is equipped with an online
detection control system to ensure the qualified rate of products. The micro-tension winder is designed, and the speed of the whole
production line can reach 15M/min.
